# About Vizhu

Vizhu is a smart camera and voice assistant for older adults, blind people and people with low vision. It reads and translates text, describes objects and answers questions about a photo.

## What Vizhu can do

- Reads small print on packaging, price tags and documents aloud

- Translates menus, signs and notices

- Helps at home: reads meter displays and describes clothes and objects around you

- Helps outdoors: reads street names, bus numbers and signs in shops

It is also useful for sighted people who want to read small print or translate unfamiliar text.
